4. Payment, Cancellation, Rescheduling, Refunds, and No-Show Policy

Payment, Cancellation, Rescheduling, Refunds, and No-Show Policy for Monthly (ongoing) classes

4.1 Payment Option 1 (Monthly Payments)

(Applicable to members who have elected to pay monthly)

·       Lesson fees are invoiced and payment required upfront for the month.

·       Should training be cancelled by VDS due to weather or fields not available, the class will be credited the next month. We are not responsible for travel costs or any other expenses incurred by participants in the event of cancellation.

·       Should you not be able to attend training, you will still be liable for the payment of the lesson/lessons not attended, as the class slot has been assigned to you and the trainer is available to the class.

·       VDA may, at its sole discretion, consider exceptional circumstances – e.g. If your dog gets injured.

·       If you cannot attend lessons for a prolonged amount of time, notification must be sent via email to vineyard.agility@gmail.com prior to the start of the relevant month to arrange alternative payment options.

·       If proper notification is not done prior to the invoice issued for the month, non-attendance will be treated as a no-show and classes forfeited (no refund / no reschedule / no credit).

4.2 Payment Options 2 and 3  (6-Monthly and Annual payment)

(Applicable to members who have elected to pay 6-monthly [option 2] or annually [option 3])

·       These options already made provision for classes being cancelled and included a 10% and 20% discount respectively.

·       Should your class be cancelled by VDS, you can arrange to join an alternative class later the week or the following week.

·       Should you not be able to attend training, you can enquire directly with one of the trainers if there is space in an alternate class within 1 week. If no space is available in an alternate class during this time, the class will be forfeited.

·       Please note, although we endeavour to accommodate special requests, this does not allow you to pick and choose which class you can attend each week. We try to keep the classes as consistent as possible for the dogs and for the purposes of trainers’ planning of lessons.

·       If proper notification is not done prior to the class, non-attendance will be treated as a no-show (no reschedule).

5. Drop-in Lessons

Should you not be able to attend regular classes for an extended period, you can inquire to drop in at any lesson (provided that there is space available). This will then be charged at the end of the month for the lessons that you did attend at the drop-in lesson fee.

6. Late Arrival

All classes run to schedule and do not extend for late arrivals.

If you notify VDA properly, you may join late if safe and non-disruptive, and the remainder of the lesson will still be provided.
